Yun Neng Magic Cube Completes Tens of Millions in Strategic Funding Round

Recently, Suzhou Yunneng Magic Cube Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Yunneng Magic Cube) completed a strategic financing round worth tens of millions of yuan. This marks another funding milestone for Yunneng Magic Cube, following its angel-round financing last September. The latest round was led by Wuchan Huanneng and Wuchan Zhongda Investment, with participation from Value-Added Investment and existing angel-round investor Jinzheng Capital. The funds raised will primarily be used to significantly expand production capacity, accelerate the technological iteration of next-generation distributed energy storage systems, modular energy storage inverters, energy-storage-enabled charging piles, safety early-warning management platforms for energy storage power stations, intelligent operation-and-maintenance management platforms for energy storage stations, and the VPP (Virtual Power Plant) dispatch and control platform—while also bolstering the expansion and development of both domestic and international business channels.

Recently, four European-standard DC charging piles (120kW, 160kW, 200kW, 240kW) independently developed by Yuneng Magic Cube successfully passed the inspection by SGS (China). In line with the company's product strategy plan, Yuneng Magic Cube continues to refine its product portfolio and steadily advances the R&D and certification processes for its charging pile product lineup, actively exploring both domestic and international markets.

Recently, the China Electrotechnical Society released its third batch of standards for 2023. Among them is the group standard titled "Technical Specification for Fault Recorder Systems in Battery Energy Storage Power Plants (T/CES 224-2023)," jointly drafted by Yuneng Magic Cube, along with Zhejiang Wuchan Environmental Energy Co., Ltd., the Institute of Electrochemical Energy Storage Engineering Technology under China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., State Grid Integrated Energy Service Group Co., Ltd., and Southern Grid Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.
