Achieving new heights! Yunneng Magic Cube Wins Bronze Award at Huazhong University of Science and Technology Global Alumni Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition

On December 23, the grand final of the Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Internet track of the 2023 Global Alumni Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, hosted by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, was successfully held in Qingdao. Yuneng Magic Cube’s entry, titled "Research and Development and Industrialization of Complete Sets of Equipment for Distributed Energy Storage and Intelligent Grid Systems," stood out among numerous outstanding competitors and won the competition’s bronze award, thanks to its industry-leading innovative technology and rapidly expanding business scale.
The Huazhong University of Science and Technology Global Alumni Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition is a large-scale, multifaceted, multi-level, and ongoing series of events organized by the HUST Alumni Association. It provides comprehensive support for alumni, faculty, students, and individuals from various sectors of society who are passionate about "innovation and entrepreneurship." The competition aims to offer a vibrant platform for showcasing their ideas, facilitate connections between innovators and investors, foster industry collaboration, and build bridges for government-enterprise partnerships. Zhang Yao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Zhou Yunjie, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Haier Group, as well as President of the Qingdao Alumni Association of Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Liu Guangye, Vice Chairman of the Qingdao Municipal Political Consultative Conference, and other leading representatives attended the event. In addition, the competition has invited renowned academicians, experts, prominent entrepreneurs, and venture capital institutions from relevant fields to form its judging panel.
