On January 30, Xuchang ZheWu YunNeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ZheWu YunNeng"), a joint venture established by YunNeng Magic Cube and Wuchan HuanNeng, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Xuchang to mark the launch of its automated battery PACK production line and the rollout of its centralized energy storage power station. Attendees included Zhang Qingyi, Executive Deputy Mayor of Xuchang City; Sun Yi, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Integrated Urban-Rural Demonstration Zone; Ran Gaolei, Director of the Management Committee, along with other government leaders. Additionally present were Li Xi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Wuchan HuanNeng; Wang Zhuqing, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary; Zhang Jianxing, Chairman of YunNeng Magic Cube; Zhang Ge, Chairman of ZheWu YunNeng; and Ding Hui, General Manager of ZheWu YunNeng, all of whom delivered speeches at the event. Industry leaders from top companies such as Geely Weirui also attended the ceremony.

After the ceremony, the attending leaders and guests toured Zhejiang Wuyun Energy’s “2 GWh Annual Capacity Intelligent Manufacturing Line for Next-Generation Energy Storage Products” as well as the 20-foot, 5 MWh liquid-cooled DC energy storage container product. This manufacturing line is currently the most advanced sixth-generation fully automated production line for energy storage battery modules and PACKs in Henan Province, placing it at the forefront of China’s energy storage manufacturing sector. The line incorporates an industry-leading MES system, enabling real-time monitoring of the entire production process, traceability of process quality, and precise control over production status, material usage, and other critical parameters.
