Yuneng Magic Cube's 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Held Successfully

On January 19, the 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Yuneng Magic Cube was successfully held at Yuneng Magic Cube's Xuchang R&D and Production Base. Dr. Zhang Jianxing, Chairman of Yuneng Magic Cube, and representatives from various shareholder groups attended the meeting.
Before the meeting, shareholder representatives visited Yuneng Magic Cube's Xuchang R&D and Production Base, as well as Xuchang Zhejiang Wuchan Yuneng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (a joint venture established by Yuneng Magic Cube and Zhejiang Wuchan, a Fortune Global 500 company).

At the shareholders' meeting, Cloud Energy Cube reviewed its achievements in 2023 across key areas such as product development, marketing, financial performance, brand building, and team expansion. Representatives from all shareholder groups fully acknowledged Cloud Energy Cube's accomplishments over the past year, shared their insights and suggestions on existing challenges, and expressed strong optimism about the company's future growth.
