  On July 5, the China Electrotechnical Society announced the approval of the second batch of standard projects for 2023, including the "Technical Specification for Fault Recorder Systems in Battery Energy Storage Power Stations," which was spearheaded by the Cloud Energy Cube technical team.

  Since May of this year, the China Electrotechnical Society has organized the project review process for technical professional standards in the energy storage field. In accordance with relevant requirements, the Yuneng Magic Cube technical team submitted the "Technical Specification for Fault Recorder Systems in Battery Energy Storage Power Plants," which primarily covers technical requirements, testing methods, and inspection rules for such systems. After thorough questioning and discussion by the expert panel, the technical specification successfully passed the project review.

  Industry development begins with standards. Systematic construction of technical standardization is a critical step in the growth of the energy storage industry. The approval and initiation of this technical specification mark another systematic and tangible demonstration of the team's comprehensive R&D capabilities, following the release earlier this year of three other industry-specific group standards for energy storage, including the "Testing Specification for Monitoring Systems in Electrochemical Energy Storage Power Stations." In fact, members of Cloud Energy Magic Cube's core technology team have been actively involved since 2010 in the development and system integration of equipment for the "National Wind-Solar-Storage-Transmission Demonstration Project." They have also spearheaded the drafting of more than 10 national and industry standards, including the industry standard "Technical Specifications for Battery Energy Storage Power Control Systems" in 2011, the State Grid enterprise standard "Technical Specification for Energy Storage Converters in Battery Energy Storage Systems" in 2013, the national standard "Technical Specification for Energy Storage Converters in Electrochemical Energy Storage Systems" in 2017, and the industry enterprise standard "Technical Guidelines for Cascade-Utilized Lithium-Ion Battery Systems for Power Storage Applications" in 2021.
