It is also the industry’s first module-integrated energy storage inverter equipped with both AC/DC circuit breakers and a BMS unit, eliminating the need for a high-voltage box inside the energy storage cabinet. This innovative solution delivers a brand-new cluster-level optimization design for 215kW/418kWh distributed energy storage systems and 5MW/10MWh storage system solutions, significantly saving cabinet space, reducing system costs, and enabling a compact, streamlined design tailored specifically for large-scale commercial and industrial energy storage applications—while simultaneously enhancing safety and providing robust support.

  Minimalist and Integrated Architectural Design

  "Highly integrated design featuring the PCS module, BMS unit, and AC/DC distribution unit, this solution is tailored to accommodate a wide DC voltage range of 1000–1500V, enabling flexible compatibility with various types of battery systems. It supports both on-grid and off-grid modes, allowing for multi-unit AC/DC parallel operation and seamless scalability. Currently, it’s the industry’s only product that, in compliance with the latest national standards, integrates AC/DC circuit breakers internally—while also incorporating a built-in Battery Management System to simplify system design complexity. Additionally, it’s compatible with both air-cooled and liquid-cooled battery systems. Its modular design ensures easy installation and maintenance, and it seamlessly supports diverse mounting configurations, including horizontal, side-mounted, and wall-mounted setups, making it ideal for a wide range of complex application scenarios."

In terms of power response, the ±100% charge-discharge transition time is less than 100 milliseconds. The system supports multiple charging and discharging modes, including constant voltage, constant current, and constant power. Additionally, it fully enables a range of sophisticated features such as VSG mode, multi-inverter grid integration, off-grid V/F output, black start functionality, and high-speed virtual power plant control—catering seamlessly to the complex operational demands of diverse energy storage scenarios.

  Equipped with active/reactive four-quadrant regulation functionality, it can dynamically allocate power, flatten peak loads, and fill valleys—operating automatically on-site—to enhance grid stability and improve controllability. Additionally, it fully supports remote OTA upgrades, integrates multiple communication ports such as RS485 and CAN, and is compatible with protocols like Modbus-RTU and CAN2.0B, enabling smart interconnectivity and broad applicability across various industries.

  High-precision control and rapid response—delivering a power response time of less than 10ms, ensuring users a stable and reliable experience. Featuring a three-phase three-wire system suitable for off-grid applications, it supports multi-unit AC/DC parallel operation for flexible scalability. Compatible and mutually certified with multiple industry-leading BMS and EMS systems, this product also boasts robust LVRT/HVRT capabilities, enabling strong grid adaptability. In terms of safety protection, it incorporates an independent air duct design, achieving an IP65-rated enclosure and comprehensive electrical safeguards. Additionally, it is engineered to thrive in challenging environments, including high altitudes, extreme temperatures and humidity, as well as exposure to salt spray, sand, and dust.

  Full-stack, independently developed breakthrough paves the way for a new milestone in efficient integration.

  Equipped with a 215kW PCS, the 215kW/418kWh distributed liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet features a highly integrated design, offering a smaller footprint, higher energy density, and lower unit costs. It can be flexibly configured, freely combined, and swiftly delivered to meet users' specific application scenarios and capacity requirements. This 418kWh energy storage cabinet delivers AC output at 690V and supports multi-unit AC-side parallel expansion for increased capacity. Additionally, it can be locally stepped up via a transformer to connect seamlessly to either 10kV or 35kV grid systems. Compared to conventional systems of similar scale, this solution requires fewer equipment units—just 12 units are enough to fulfill a substantial 5MWh demand. Moreover, the coordinated operation among multiple units ensures enhanced consistency, while boosting the overall system efficiency. As a result, it stands out as the ideal choice for high-safety, large-capacity distributed energy storage power stations.

  This 215kW PCS, combined with Cloud Energy's Cube-level Management Solution, provides users with a 5MW/10MWh energy storage system solution. The solution enables each individual PCS to independently connect to and manage the battery system, further enhancing battery utilization and system conversion efficiency. Moreover, maintenance on a single PCS or even an entire battery cluster will not disrupt the normal operation of other circuits. Additionally, the system can accommodate up to 24 clusters, each equipped with a 418kWh battery unit, significantly boosting the energy density of the storage system while effectively reducing overall system investment costs and shortening the project’s payback period.

  Additionally, this 215kW PCS is perfectly tailored for the 5MW/10MWh containerized energy storage solution. Featuring an integrated design that combines high-voltage cabinets with PCS modules, the system seamlessly integrates a single PCS unit directly with a cluster of battery systems—allowing for compact, all-in-one installation within the energy storage container. Its modular design enables convenient installation and commissioning, while the inclusion of an AC busbar system and an external step-up box-type substation ensures rapid completion of installation, commissioning, and delivery for the energy storage project. This approach further helps users reduce both investment costs and construction timelines.
